I’ve been working in web since the mid 1990s, and I still spend most of my waking hours on the web.

These days I find myself doing a lot of web strategy and training, especially around social media.

I’m currently spends my days as a partner  developing digitalOttawa.ca, delivering social media advice, CLF2 expertise, and training solutions. Some of our recent and current clients include Justice Canada, Public Health Agency of Canada, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, as well as the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. I am providing training, technical evaluation, and helping to strengthen their web communications.

I’m VP of Web for the Ottawa chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators, keeping their web strategy ahead of the curve.
