jay, isn’t that a feature of google calendar. i used to get sms reminder of upcoming events all the time, i just turned it off or didn’t set it to remind me. or were you looking for somethign else?????

yes, but I have it off by default. I was hoping there was a way to send a quick-add string like “meet Magda tomorrow at 5pm remind me sms”
