Nokia 770 idea

I was thinking that the lack of PIM software for the Nokia 770 makes is a non-palm {although with wifi/BT internet you could ust use web services}. But since the device is Linux, one should be able to run a version of apache server, and run your own web apps right off a RS-MMC card. That 800×600 display is what makes it so great. If you’ve tried to view the web on a cell phone or even a palm it’s just not the same as your desktop experience.

I think the Nokia 770 shows how great web applications can be. Develop once, deliver to any platform running a compliant browser. Plus, upgrades and bug/security patches can be delivered to everyone really fast.
